“When I was seven years old, my parents bought me a bullwhip.” With these words, David Mogolov begins a quest to find wisdom he can share with his daughter, a hilarious and thoughtful journey that brings together bomb scares, runaway fryalators, motivational speakers and a meth addict isolated in a trailer in the Ozarks. "[Mogolov] has a born raconteur's gift of blab,” says Boston Magazine.

DAVID MOGOLOV

David Mogolov (performer) is a founding member of The Ruckus, ImprovBoston’s house sketch group, and is a former head writer for the theater. He has written and performed several one-person shows, including One Night at T.F. Green, I Got in a Fight, and There Is No Good News. His other credits are equally obscure, but rest assured every performance was magnificent. Learn all about him at www.mogolov.com.

Steve Kleinedler (director) has been performing, teaching, and directing at ImprovBoston since 2002. He has performed at improv festivals in Baltimore, Boston, Carrboro, New York City, Philadelphia, Providence, San Juan, and Toronto. Steve is also a founding member of Shattered Globe Theatre in Chicago.

"Mogolov’s strength is his slick wit combined with an effectively dry, rapid-fire delivery that gets the audience deep into a joke without their necessarily seeing it coming."
